Process
Although there is no typical project at Tim Sarno Design, there is a typical process every project follows.
Every project begins with a consultation where Designer and Client discuss wants, needs, budget and schedule. During this initial schematic phase of the project there is a great deal of energy and enthusiasm and many ideas are generated and a concept begins to develop in the form of preliminary sketches.
After a comfort level between Designer and Client has been achieved, and we are in agreement regarding design direction and budget, a contract is signed.
During the Design Development phase the design is refined, details are worked out and a complete set of plans is drawn in CAD.
Upon approval of the final design and price the project is placed into the production schedule and the work of building the project can begin.
When the project is nearing completion, we will schedule a delivery or installation. Then just sit back and enjoy your beautiful new piece of furniture for many years to come.
